Dez O'Neal — also known as the DOC, the funny doctor — was dubbed the "Funniest Comic in Texas" out of 500 contestants. A Dallas DFW stand-up comedian introduced to the arts via acting and theatre, Dez took his naturally humorous personality and theatre training to the stage three years ago and hasn't stopped since.
Living the mantra that laughter works just as good as medicine, he's built a supportive following based on his comedic prowess. Dominating the local scene and currently working as a traveling comedian, Dez brings a classic approach to comedy — the kind where you actually find yourself taking a deep breath of fresh air. He restores the belief that a comic can still have punchlines and be funny.
